Public teams are visible to all colleagues and anyone can join. To join a private team, you need an invitation link from one of the team members.

As soon as you’ve joined a team, you can invite others to your team using an invitation link. Go to Challenge tab → Tap the challenge card → Tap your team → Tap Invite colleagues. Once the team is full, no additional colleagues can be invited.

Currently, switching teams is only possible if you leave the challenge and then join another team. To leave the challenge, open the Challenge overview, tap the “Me” tile, then tap the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Leave challenge”. Please note: If you switch teams after the challenge has started, your steps so far will be reset when leaving. In that case, just send us a short email at team@senseble.de — we can restore your original join date afterwards.

First, message the unknown person in the team chat, kindly explain the situation, and ask them to leave the team. If they don’t respond or won’t leave, slightly change your team name (in case you want to reuse it), create a new team, and set it to private. That way, only invited people can join in the future.
